Investor pressure and slow traction. A passwordless authentication company with strong technology and a story that wasn’t landing with CISOs and CIOs. We rebuilt everything.
BlokSec had a real technology advantage in passwordless authentication but their positioning was too technical and too product-focused to resonate with the CISOs and CIOs they needed to reach. Their three products had names that were forgettable and felt disconnected from each other. Slow initial traction was creating investor pressure. The technology was solid. The story wasn’t.
We ran a full Story Blueprint engagement to rebuild their positioning from the ground up, starting with the pain their buyers actually feel: credential theft, audit failures, help desk overload. From there we developed cohesive product branding that unified the three offerings under a clear family architecture: BlokKey, BlokBadge, and BlokSafe. Each name signals the product’s role while reinforcing the parent brand.
We then built their complete website content and used AI to construct a working site mockup in Replit in a single day. A WordPress developer transferred the mockup into a fully functioning production site in one week. Full engagement to live website: four weeks.
As their acting Fractional CMO we are now building out their marketing function for expansion into mid-market financial services and healthcare. This includes an AI-assisted content calendar built around target SEO keywords, AI-accelerated content drafting with human-in-the-loop review, and a HeyGen overview video currently in production.
