Creating the Perfect Brand Name

01. The Challenge
With a passion for a new service, comes a need for a new name! Before SnapSuite was SnapSuite, the founder approached The Story Architect with a goal – create a compelling story and message for their service, a unified project management portal for home equipment installers. Â
The challenge was how to convey all that the service could do in as short a time as possible. Â
02. The Solution
Going through the Story Blueprint process, our team was able to learn what made SnapSuite unique. We had discovery sessions with the founder, and interviewed existing and prospective customers to get a full understanding of their pain points and needs.  We also performed competitive and market research to build a strong unique value proposition.Â
What came out of these sessions was not only a solid Story Blueprint that they used for their website copy, but inspiration for a brand name. Â
SnapSuite conveys the idea of multiple project components “snapping” together to make a more unified process. Â
Working with The Story Architect team helped us clarify the value of what we were building, and tell that to our customers in the simplest way possible. Â

03. The Result
The overall result has been web copy that converts prospects, and a story that was well received by future entreprenuer programs like Founders Institute, and StartFast. Â
This is a useful post for finding broken links within the website, what about links pointing outwards that are broken? I can use a free web service but wondered if this was possible.
Great tool! I am using a redirect plugin to send all my 404’s to my home page but I think it’s slacking sometimes.
